The Wharton School - University of Pennsylvania
- Brangman Consultants is leading the planning and programming exercise for the Wharton School Executive Education Program (The Wharton Learning Center). The Wharton School is planning for the design and construction of a new home for the Executive Education Program in addition to the Huntsman International Program and Wharton general classroom space. The new facility will provide a location and environment that will enhance executive education opportunities for individuals and organizations in a range of comprehensive executive programs, leadership, finance & wealth management, marketing, and in strategy, innovation, and leadership. The facility will be comprised of academic classrooms, breakout rooms, pre-function spaces, dining, and a 130-key hotel.
Delaware State University
- Lead negotiator for the acquisition of Wesley College, a 147 year old liberal arts college in downtown Dover, Delaware. Wesley College is comprised of 21 buildings on 50 acres offering programs in 14 academic disciplines. The acquisition of Wesley College is the first time that an UBCU has acquired another institution of higher education.
- Lead negotiator in the procurement of a $111,000,000 - ten year food service agreement with SodexoMAGIC LLC to provide student, faculty, and staff meal plans, retail, catering, and concession services for a 6,000 student campus and community.
University of Delaware
- Provided oversight as Treasurer of the University for a $200M general obligation taxable bond issuance to provide funding for capital projects.
- Lead negotiator for disposition of two decommissioned residence halls and a dining facility that accommodated over 1400 students on 16 acres. The properties of approximately equal size will be sold one to the City of Newark, and one to a private residential developer.
- Oversight of the master planning of the 272 acre former Chrysler assembly plant and the formation of the Science, Technology, and Advanced Research (STAR) campus.
- Lead negotiator for a 75-year ground lease with the Chemours Company's 312,000 square foot Discovery Hub innovation center on the STAR campus.
- Design and planning oversight for over 2,000 new and renovated residence hall beds.
- As EVP and Treasurer responsible for presenting the annual budget and financial and capital plan to the Board of Trustees and the State Government.
- Represented the University on the executive committee of the Delaware Prosperity Partnership (DPP), a public/private economic development authority created by Governor Carney to replace the Delaware Economic Development Office (DEDO) in 2018.
Howard University
- Lead negotiator in the discussions with a third party developer to rekindle development plans for the +1M square foot Howard University Town Center mixed development adjacent to the central campus on Georgia Avenue, NW.
- Oversight for the design and planning of the 80,000 square foot Interdisciplinary Research Building.
- Oversight for the design and planning revisions to the College Hall, North and South residences.
Georgetown University
- Calcagnini Contemplative Center, Bluemont, Virginia - 55 acre property with retreat facilities to accommodate up to 78 participants. Responsible for the acquisition of the property in Clarke County, VA. Planning and design oversight for the center that included communal/living room, dining hall/kitchen, breakout rooms/spaces, sacred space/chapel, and the retention and renovation of the historic Hohenheim House. The property also included outdoor activity areas, ropes course, walking trails and meditation areas, and parking.
- Rafik B. Hariri Building, 3700 O Street NW, Washington, DC - $82.5M 179,000 gross square foot McDonough School of Business. Planning and design oversight for the five-story building including a two-level below grade parking garage that connected to the Leavey Conference Facility.
- Cooper Field (Multi-Sports Facility), 3700 O Street NW, Washington, DC - Planning and design oversight for the facility, which included a permanent football locker room, game day locker rooms for men’s and women’s lacrosse and field hockey, a visiting team locker room, west side stands seating for 3,250 people, north endzone hillside lawn seating for 750 people, permanent restrooms and a concessions area, and a state-of-the-art press-box (broadcast booths, coaches boxes, replay, VIP suite).
- Regents Hall, 3700 O Street NW, Washington, DC - Planning and design oversight for a $100M 154,000 gross square foot interdisciplinary science building for biology, chemistry, and physics. The building completed a quadrangle between the Hariri Building and Leavey Conference Center.
- Davis Performing Arts Center, 3700 O Street NW, Washington, DC - Planning and design oversight for a 125,000 gross square foot theater facilities and design studios building, including two performance spaces and two rehearsal rooms.
- Southwest Quadrangle, 3700 O Street NW, Washington, DC - Planning and design oversight for a one-million gross square foot facility including Kennedy, McCarthy, and Reynolds residence halls, Leo O'Donovan Dining Hall, Wolfington Jesuit Rectory, and a below grade 1,000 car garage.
- John R. Thompson Jr Intercollegiate Athletic Center, 3700 O Street NW, Washington, DC - Planning and design oversight for a four-story, 144,000-square-foot facility which provides for new practice courts, locker rooms, team meeting rooms, lounge areas and coaches' offices for men's and women's basketball, sports performance/weight training facility and sports medicine/training room areas for all varsity student-athletes, a student-athlete academic center, auditorium and team meeting facilities for all varsity sports programs, team-dedicated locker rooms for men's & women's soccer and men's & women's lacrosse, an 4,000 square foot equipment room that will service all 29 intercollegiate sports and more than 750 student-athletes.

- Metro Center, 12th & G Street NW, Washington, DC - 2.3 million gross square foot building consisting of commercial office space, a major department store, and hotel. Responsibilities included project feasibility, land acquisition, partnership/venture formation, planning and design management, construction management, and public approval process.
- Metropolitan Square Phase I, 655 15th Street NW, Washington, DC - 665,000 gross square foot development project of commercial office and restaurant/retail space. Responsibilities included planning/design management, construction management, retrofit, lease/asset management, and construction/permanent financing.
- Metropolitan Square Phase II, 655 15th Street NW, Washington, DC - 273,000 gross square foot development project of commercial office and restaurant/retail space. Responsibilities included feasibility/financial analysis, partnership/venture formation, planning/design management, construction management, public approval process (historic preservation), lease/asset management, and construction/permanent financing.
- Square 456 Phases I - VI, 1.8 million gross square foot development project of commercial office, retail, and residential space. Responsibilities included feasibility/financial analysis, land acquisition, partnership/venture formation, planning/design management, and public approval process.
- American Association of Retired Persons (AARP), 601 E Street NW, Washington, DC - 793,000 gross square foot development project of commercial office and retail space. Responsibilities included partnership/venture formation, planning/design management, public approval process, construction/permanent financing, and asset sales.
- International Square Phases I - III, 1850 Eye Street NW, Washington, DC - 1.5 million gross square foot development project of commercial office and retail space. Responsibilities included feasibility/financial analysis, planning/design management, retrofit, and lease/asset management.
- Gallery Place Phases I - V, 7th & F Streets NW, Washington, DC - 1.6 million gross square foot development project of commercial office, retail, and hotel/residential space. - Presidential Plaza, 900 19th Street NW, Washington, DC - 152,000 gross square foot development project of commercial office and retail space. - Lincoln Place, 555 11th Street NW, Washington, DC - 520,000 gross square foot development project of commercial office and retail space. - PCIC, 3301 K Street NW, Washington, DC - 104,000 gross square foot development project of built-to-suit office space. - City Council, Mayor for the City of Falls Church, and experience serving on the City's Planning Commission.
- Whittier Residential Community and Extended Stay TownePlace Suites by Marriott. Lead the negotiation team with City Council and Falls Church City staff of the former Whittier Middle School property in the City of Falls Church.
- National Endowment for the Arts, Design Arts Program, oversight for $4 million grant program for individual, organizational, and municipal entities. Oversight of The Mayor's Institute for City Design and Your Town Designing its Future.
- Interacted with Mayors, City and Town Planners, and affordable housing providers in helping to visualize and realize physical change and revitalization in their communities.
- General Services Administration and Overseas Building Advisory Committee (US State Department), including peer reviewer for these two agencies.

- Wilmer Eye Clinic, Johns Hopkins Medical Center, Baltimore, MD - Planning and design oversight for the administrative and clinical areas of the facility.
- Phipps Psychiatric Clinic, Johns Hopkins Medical Center, Baltimore, MD - Planning and programmatic oversight for the renovation of the psychiatric clinic and residential facility.
- Orthopedic Clinic, Johns Hopkins Medical Center, Baltimore, MD - Planning, design, and construction administration for the relocation and renovation of the clinic to a re-purposed area of the hospital facility.
